Care Walk for Caring Practitioners
I invite and welcome caring practitioners working in health and social care to join me in a silent walk in nature. A gathering that unfolds through one’s own steps, inviting rest and restoration to wash over the body.
Towards the end of each month, we meet and walk, silently, side by side in nature either in the dunes neighboring The Hague are or the hills in the Velp area, in shared leadership.
I envision moments of connection with eachother, of co-creating of the experience of purely being intentionally with ourselves and with eachother.
When:
- Velp (Gld): 28th of June between 14-16pm
- The Hague: 25th of July between 14-16pm
- Velp (Gld): 30th of August between 14-16pm
Where:
- The Hague: Meet at Kijkduin, at the end of busline 24 direct connection with The Hague CS and end busline 26 direct connection The Hague HS
- Velp (Rheden): Meet at Velp train station (direct connection with Arnhem CS)
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Your own water bottle, snacks, lunch
- An open heart
- I invite you to walk in silence as we immerse ourselves in nature.
- Choose your own pace to reconnect with your body, and later, share verbally with others.
- We will meet in all weather conditions, in both locations.
- I, Adina, will provide simple guidance and coordination. You’ll receive details after you confirm your participation.
What I Ask of You:
- I plan to be at meeting point and walk on the set date so just showing up is enough for me. However if you’d like to connect before and to have our plans and intentions alligned I appreacite a confirmation message a few days before the event.
- Arrange your own transport to the meeting location.
- Stay attuned to your own needs.
To honor your and my time time investment and genuine intention to join this event, I offer pro bono coordination, guidance contemplation and ask for symbolic fee of 2,- or 5,-€ for individual participant per each meetup.
My purpose is to create a reflective time and space for you, for myself, and for each other. I look forward to meeting you and would be honored to share time and breath outdoors with you.
