Gestalt Gatherings

We live in a world marked by division, fragmentation, and stress. Taking the time to meet yourself, and others, in an honest, open, and unbiased space is truly precious. I have experienced such deep, meaningful encounters throughout my life and therapy training, and now I feel called to bring similar experiences to others.

Our actions, being, and movement in the world are deeply interconnected. Yet, it’s easy to forget that the foundation for nurturing this connection is a coherent relationship with ourselves.

I designed these gatherings to help you –  and relationally, all of us – remember this essential truth.

gathering (noun) = a body of people come together in one place

(Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

Embodied Relational Awareness

This is a series of three, in person, meetings, held every three weeks.

Each session is designed to focus on a different theme that contributes to discovering and integrating new experience wholes for your life situation. We start with exploring the connections we form with our inner world (first meeting), continue to look at relational needs when in contact with others (second meeting), and conclude with looking at the world around us (third and final meeting). An overview below:

  1. Awareness of Own Living Body: Tuning into individual body expression and deepening body awareness
  2. Awareness of Relational Needs: Exploring personal needs with openness and curiosity, and finding attuned ways to express them in relationships
  3. Awareness of Natural Wonders: Reconnecting with the ever-present natural consciousness surrounding us. This session takes place outdoors, in nature.

In practice, you can expect the structure of these sessions to be minimal yet coherent. This will allow a real-life co-creation to take place in the present moment of our meeting.

Gestalt YinSights: your dialogue with the body

Inspired by my love for Yin Yoga and my experince in the LoveYourBrain Yoga teacher training, I bring Gestalt dialogic inquiry to explore and surface verbal insights that are linked to sensation of pain or stuckness in the physical body.

By creating this subtle and stable bridge,  acceptance of present situation emerges and a sense of wholeness is developed to support our daily life experience.

Body&ies@Work

With over 15 years of work experience in the public sector, I’ve seen how individuals – including myself – and teams can get stuck in routines and processes that limit their growth. Work is best performed when body and mind are in allignment and aggreeing with the daily choices and the team’s tasks.

Using Gestalt principles and practices, challenges in the workplace can be reframed as opportunities for growth.

The explorations I offer support individuals and teams in developing new awareness of their situation, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. By looking at both the individual and the organisation through a holistic lens, the goal is to nurture a long-term, healthy work environment. With present-moment awareness, Gestalt-informed invitations can help staff and leaders recognise personal triggers, show vulnerability, foster empathy among team members and organisation.

To meet yourself in your body at work, as well as others, your team mates, managers and peers, I offer a tailored designed gathering series – Body&ies@Work to invite your felt body of the present moment in order to bring awareness in and of the contact you make in a certain situation.

These series consists of 2 parts that are are offered to be followed consecutively:

  • Body@Work: has the format of 11 online gatherings each of 20 to 40 minutes, weekly, where I invite an exploration into 10 body parts (ie feet, legs, core, shoulders, arms, head, etc) and one integrating gathering for the whole body.
  • Bodies@Work: has the format of 5 in person gatherings each of 40 to 60 minutes, biweekly, where I invite a relational exploration of self in contact, self in group settings, and accessing the awareness of the group as whole.  Participants are invited to bring a work related topic that keeps them busy in the mind and to explore the personal and relational experience around that topic.

Starting January 2026 I welcome 4 to 8 participants for the pilot experience at no costs.
